The album is fantastic: exactly as pictured and so well put together. Pictures do not do it justice. Plus, Jess kept in constant contact to confirm my customizations (such as the dimensions, number of pages, etc.) and send photo updates. As a seller, Jess is amazing and I cannot express how much I appreciated her help along the way. Due to a snafu with the USPS, there was quite a lot of communication between us, but she was always responsive and patient. Very, very highly recommended.
